Perinatal Mental Health

The term “Perinatal Mental Health” refers to issues related to infertility, mood disorders during pregnancy, pregnancy loss, postpartum mood disorders, infant loss, and transition to parenthood.
I have worked with clients going through infertility treatments, the NICU experience, perinatal or neonatal loss, and perinatal and postpartum mood disorders.
I am a member of Postpartum Support International (PSI) and have completed the training required for the certificate of Perinatal Mental Health Counseling (P-MHC). I am also involved in maternal mental health throughout the Atlanta area.
I know and understand how vital it is to get the support and care needed during the journey of infertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and mothering.
Using a variety of techniques and compassion I can help you find the vitality you are looking for. It’s ok to need help and you are courageous for seeking it out.
